Welcome to our online store! Our store offers you its services in accordance with the following conditions. If you visit our online store or make purchases in it, you acknowledge and accept the business conditions set by us, which are in accordance with the valid legislation of the Slovak Republic and EU community law. Conditions of electronic communication

Our mutual electronic communication begins at the moment of your registration in our system or by sending an email. By contacting us or registering, you agree to receive electronic communication from us. At the same time, you agree that all contracts, agreements, notices, notices and other communication aids that we provide to you electronically meet all the requirements required by written communication.

Your personal account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate or delete content, or discreetly delete orders.

We guarantee the danger of losing the goods

All goods purchased through this site are in accordance with the transport agreement. This means that the risk of loss of the goods and the right to these goods passes to you only after delivery of the goods.

Execution of the order

Based on the buyer's electronic orders, individual purchase contracts are executed. In order for the seller to accept the order, it is necessary that it contains the following basic requirements:

- identification data of the buyer: name and registered office of the company according to the commercial, trade register, ID number, VAT ID number, resp. in the case of a natural person, the name, surname and address of the buyer,

- unambiguous determination of the subject of the order, i.e. product code,

- contact details of the buyer / telephone, fax, email,

- the specified method of payment,

- the exact delivery address of the goods.

Order cancellation and cancellation fees

The order can be canceled without penalty only until it is confirmed by the seller. Order cancellation can be done with all the data from the order by email at: imtec@imtec.sk.

Cancellation of the order must be confirmed by the merchant - by email.

The buyer agrees to pay a cancellation fee of 20.00 EUR without VAT in the case of dispatch of the goods to the buyer, if the buyer does not take over the goods within the defined period from the delivery service or from a third party.

In the case of the sale of goods made according to the special requirements of the consumer or goods intended specifically for one consumer, the buyer undertakes to pay the seller the costs associated with the manufacture of the goods.

Payment method

- cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods

- payment by bank transfer - in advance to the seller's account

Delivery of goods and deadlines

If the goods are in stock - Courier service (delivery within 24 or 48 hours from dispatch)

In the case of goods that must be ordered, the delivery of goods is max. within 21 days after payment of the advance payment.
